The photo series ‘Per Color’ reveals the intentional design of supermarkets, where  colorful packaging lures us to products which we’ve lost every natural relation to.

I’ve decided that I am selling the majority of my ‘fruit of the womb’ series- my first ever ceramics series which revolved around mocking the idea that vagina=in the kitchen with bowls and cutlery making food. Some have been pre purchased and some are just not for sale to begin with (I’m sentimental as hell). They’ll all be going on etsy within the next few weeks but if you’d like to reserve one I’m totally cool with doing that- I won’t be posting them out till around July time as I have a final exhibition with them around that time. I know some may say the prices are steep, but I’d just much rather the pieces went to people who are going to really value them as a lot of time and love went into to these pieces. The available pieces are:

  • the apple - £40+£15pp
  • lemon - £40+£15pp
  • kiwi - £35+15pp (it’s a tad smaller but still super cute- more of an ashtray or a place to keep rings than a bowl)
  • pomegranate £40+£15pp
  • strawberry - £45+£15pp
  • I am also toying with selling the cherries; I was originally going to sell for £45 (since they’re a double bowl piece) but they did break originally on the stems and have slight visible cracks because of that.

I’m actually quite emotional about letting them go, I am a ceramics artist now and these are the first time I really did anything with ceramics so it’s kinda like they mean a lot to me? But I’d just end up putting them in the loft and forgetting about them so I’d much rather they went to a home of someone who’s going to really appreciate them. Hit me up if anyone has any offers for preorders before I put them in the shop!

Two left!!
